Summer is coming soon. That means warm fun, and time in the sun. While cool weather is great as an other, it just like anything else we experience over time, can wear on you. It's about time for a change of pace, that also means we're going to face new e things. Instead of forgetting our gloves at home, or walking through the snow without enough layers, we'll be facing the humidity and the little terrors that come with it. Spiders and wasps oh my!
Now spiders and wasps aren't terrible in it of themselves. If you just have one or two, you should really let them go on their way. But if you're in an area that's absolutely infested or where they really like to gather, I have a quick pest prevention DIY that will take five seconds. All you need is a pretty jar and a few things from your pantry.
Ready your pretty jar and scope out an area close to where the pests like to collect. Start with 6 ounces of vinegar. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix it in. In the case you don't have raw sugar, you can mix in 2 tablespoons of something really sugary.
After that, all you'll need is 1 teaspoon of salt.
